Manifesto
Everything is connected.
Body, mind, time, and choices.
Living well is the reflection of what you choose every day.
It is awareness. It is freedom.
Wholeness is not a destination.
It is a continuous line.
Plenya. Live well. Live more.
Origin
20+
years of clinical practice
Plenya was born from the passion of Dr. Getúlio Amaral Filho and the team that came together around him — physicians, nutritionist, psychologist, and exercise physiologist — for life in its full form and for longevity lived with clarity, energy, and purpose.
Across more than two decades between hospital wards, dialysis units, and the consulting office, Dr. Getúlio watched medicine save lives in critical conditions — and saw, in parallel, people living longer and living worse, fragmented across five or six clinicians who never spoke to one another. Patients with "normal" labs who were already falling ill in silence.
Plenya is the clinical answer to that observation. A model designed to see earlier, follow closely, and act with clarity — focused on health, performance, and longevity.
Because living longer is no longer enough. What matters is how you live.

Purpose
To guide people toward living longer and better, with autonomy over their own health.
In a landscape shaped by information overload and fragmented approaches, Plenya offers care that is integrated, personalized, and sustainable over time. We connect different areas of health into a single structured plan — built on data, proximity, and shared responsibility.
Golden Circle
Why we exist. How we care. What we deliver.
- Why
- Because people are living longer, but not necessarily better — and they continue to be treated in parts, not as a whole. No one should arrive at the most important phase of life limited by the choices made before.
- How
- Through integrated, continuous, and personalized care that connects different areas of health into a single structured plan — with data, proximity, and shared responsibility.
- What
- A health and longevity program that combines a multidisciplinary team, a proprietary method (ACTS), and close follow-up to transform habits, body, and mind in a sustainable way.
The ACTS Method
Four interdependent pillars for health that sustains over time.
The clinical framework that organizes Plenya's care. It is not a protocol — it is a way of structuring medical follow-up around what sustains health over the long term.
Activity, Alimentation & Smart Adjuncts
The body responds to what you sustain — not to what you attempt occasionally.
Routine, discipline, and habit formation.
Clinical Optimization
You cannot improve what you do not track.
Data, awareness, and control.
Tending Mind, Body & Bonds
Without inner alignment, there is no outer consistency.
Awareness, behavior, depth.
Sleep, Rhythm & Recovery
Recovery is part of progress.
Energy, balance, sustainability.
Positioning
Fragmented care is the problem. Integration is the answer.
Today, the patient moves between different clinicians, sources of information, and conflicting advice — with no clarity, no continuity, and no single direction. At Plenya, we integrate clinical work, data, and close follow-up to turn care into a continuous, personalized, and measurable process.
