You complete the Plenya Score — the free Screening or the full version in consultation — and the team organizes your history, symptoms, labs, habits, and medications into a single panel.

The physician — and, in the Continuum, the entire team — performs a functional reading of your expanded lab panel. It's not "it's normal": it's what is far from optimal, what deserves intervention, and what can wait.

A written plan agreed with you, organized by the four pillars of The ACTS Method — medication when indicated, lifestyle adjustments, supplementation and referrals when the case calls for it. In the Continuum, a single plan built by the four professionals — physician, nutritionist, psychologist, and exercise physiologist.

Every three months (Continuum), or as clinically indicated, a new Score. The curve shows real progress, stagnation, or decline. The data guide the next clinical decision — without depending on memory or the impression of whoever is looking.

- The Plenya Consultation can be in person (Londrina, Brazil) or online via telemedicine, with the same clinical depth. Continuum Plenya is 100% online — all weekly team meetings happen by video call.
- No. We see patients on a private-pay basis only. In Brazil, medical expenses are tax-deductible as health spending under current law.
- The first clinical reading happens at the initial consultation itself. In the Continuum, the Score curve typically shows movement between the first and third months — that's when the first plan adjustments mature.
- In the Continuum, after the plan is built, a personalized box arrives at your door — curated items from the team and supplements or compounded medications specific to your protocol. New boxes follow the rhythm of the plan.
- Yes. Enrollment and cancellation terms are presented in direct conversation before signing, based on the modality you choose (six-month or annual).
